Hot/Cold Packs

Hand Sewn hot/cold packs made in a sweet woodland animal heavy cotton fronts and 100% linen backing.
For use as hot pack place in a warm oven. Set your oven to 170 degrees and then turn it off. place pack inside for several minutes to warm. Alternatively you can microwave at 30 second intervals to heat the pack.
For use as a cold pack store in a zip top bag in the freezer.
We keep several of these on hand, some in the freezer and some in the cupboard. Someone is always reaching for one for a headache, sore neck or joints, bump or bruise or just to put on their feet when it's cold in the house.
The packs are filled with organic wheat berries and homegrown lavender.
They are handmade and measure roughly 6x12 inches.
